Mass Announcements for January 31, 2021

1. Thank you for participating in our My Promise 2021 initiative to pay off our new sanctuary loan and reduce our debt. We appreciate all of your responses and please know that if you haven’t yet, we invite you to prayerfully consider helping us to meet our goals. You may fill out your form on our parish website at stmichaelgptx.org and give your first gift towards the My Promise. Thank you for the great response and being a part of helping us continue in our mission.

  

2. Join us for All-Day Eucharistic Adoration this Thursday from 9am-6pm. We will host a Facebook Livestream Holy Hour of Adoration from 5pm-6pm.

 

3. A friendly reminder, if you are interested in a pew from the old Sanctuary, it will need to be picked up by February 15^th. Please see Father Joseph to make arrangements.

 

4. Knights of Columbus Council 10523 is taking pre-orders now for Turkey Legs to be picked up at the church parking lot Sunday, February 14^th! They will have Turkey Legs for $12 each or $10 each for four or more, and Corn on the Cob, $3 per ear. Order on-line today. You can find the order link on our parish website. Proceeds will benefit the Knights annual Scholarship Fund.

 

5. All Cub Scouts, Girl and Boy Scouts are welcome to participate at the Scout Sunday Mass on February 7 at 11am Mass.
   
    
   The Scouts Pack and Troop 388 will be collecting canned food for Scouting for Food during the month of February. Parish members can donate at each Mass by dropping them in the bins. All food collected will go to St. Vincent De Paul.

 

6. The Youth Group will host their annual Souper Bowl of Caring Bake Sale next weekend February 6-7th after Mass in the gathering space. All proceeds will benefit St. Vincent de Paul. 

 

7. If you have purchased a brick, be assured your order is being processed and we will let you know as soon as it’s ready. If you haven’t purchased one yet, a brick is a great gift for your family, friend, children or to commemorate a special event. You can find the order form on our parish website, stmichaelgptx.org

 

8. If you are on our live stream for Mass, we invite you to give your tithing gift online at stmichaelgptx.org/give. We appreciate your generosity.
