With the constructions of our new church going on, certain inconveniences and challenges are inevitable. These days we are facing the limited parking spaces for each Sunday Mass. It is understandable that some parishioners rush out close to the end of the Mass to avoid the traffic jam in the parking lot. Yet the Mass deserves our undivided attention and utmost reverence from start to end. As such, the Worship Commission has recommended stop temporarily serving the Blood of Christ at each Sunday Mass, effective November 2 until the new parking lots are available. By doing so, everyone should have enough time to stay until the end of the Mass without disruption.
Since Christ is sacramentally present under each of the species, communion under the species of bread alone makes it possible to receive all the fruit of Eucharistic grace (CCC 1390). Your understanding and patience in this matter are greatly appreciated.
