THANK YOU message from St. Vincent de Paul

"I am with your Saint Vincent de Paul Society.  We serve the needy within our parish boundaries with food and financial help.  We have paid for Water, Light, and Gas bills as well as  Prescription Medicine.  
As you know, 2020 was an unusual year.  We have not been able to meet with people in need in the same way as in years past. But, with a lot of phone interviews, we have been able to continue serving people in our area.

 Even with the challenges of the Corona Virus you have continued to support our efforts.  This year you donated $ 55,753 in cash plus 6,242 pounds of food.  These donations allowed us to serve 318 families and a total of 719 people. 

This past Christmas, with your help, 16 families with 33 children who otherwise would have had no Christmas received 67 gifts and gift cards.   We also helped 93 people with food for a Christmas dinner.  Our Youth Group gave us tremendous assistance in handing out the food and gifts.  To those of you in the Youth Group – Thank You!

For those in our parish who have supported us - Thank you.  Please continue to support us financially and, even more importantly, support us with your prayers throughout 2021.  Please pray that those we help will be drawn into a relationship with Jesus."
