Volunteers for Safety Committee

Dear Parishioners , 
                My name is Ronnie Buentello and I’m representing our Safety Committee.  The Safety committee was initially formed approximately 4 years ago with the goal of increasing our safety postures and prevention of any disaster.  After speaking with Father Marco, we will be reorganizing and re-focusing our safety efforts for our church with a new direction that includes awareness and structured protocols around any threats or disasters. 
In cooperation with the Dallas Diocese, our Safety Committee will work in conjunction with St. Michael’s leadership and other ministries to promote our peaceful and welcoming parish as a safe place of worship.

The Safety Committee will need volunteers to accomplish our goal. If you have a background as a First Responder, any tactical experience or military experience, medical training, emergency response experience, I would greatly appreciate if you could join and provide your expertise and guidance towards our goal.  However, if you do not have any of the aforementioned training, we are still asking for anyone who would like to join and be a part.  I want to stress, that anyone can be a part of this committee. So if you have an urge to donate your time and energy to our church, please let me know.
