Baptism classes are held every first Saturday of the month at St. Michael the Archangel, from 10am-12pm. Baptismal class certificate expire 3 years after date of class completion.

Please note:
Godparents must be at least 16 years of age, fully initiated-practicing Catholics and if married, they must be married in the Catholic Church. (This is Cannon Law). Marriage Certificate copy is required.
If you have two Godparents, one must be a man and one must be a woman. The Godparent should be willing to accept responsibility of assisting the parents in developing the faith life of the child. The Godparent may not be the father or the mother of the one to be baptized.
All documents must be turned in to the office as soon as possible so your child can be on the schedule for next Baptism date.

The sacrament of reconciliation is celebrated on Saturday at 8:30am.
For home or hospital visits, please contact the office at 972-262-0552 to arrange date and time.
Contact the parish office 9 months prior to the date of the wedding. Two Programs are required by the Dallas Diocese. Recently issued baptismal with notations certificates are required. Please view the documents related to marriage. A meeting must be set with Joyce Harris (joyce@stmichaelgptx.org) to obtain the others and for explanation of the process. Please call the office to set up an appointment.
